I feel your pain, yes I to have the same condition herniation in c5 I also have bad pain down my shoulder and into my armpit i get pins and needles under my arm and sometimes I feel like some one is pulling my arm off. The doctors told me it could be from the herniated disk but that it also could be from a dislocation of the shoulder so they took e-rays nothing showed up I know it's comming from the disk in my neck because my mri's report all my trouble goes into my left side. They say I may need surgery but they want to give me injections first physical thearpy doesen't work for me it only helps for a day or two. I also only have medicaid so I feel I am being neglected they don't seem to have very good bed side manners. I hope you feel better knowing that I am going through the same thing and I also get alot of run-around. If you would like to keep in touch write back. Feel better.
