I am one month out of surgery - discectomy on C5-6. I am still getting a lot of headaches and I'm told they are from the neck brace and the muscles atrophying in my neck. The neck brace is driving me insane and tho' I'm a real upbeat person I feel depressed and worried that I am over-concerned - getting neurotic - too much time at home to think and worry whether it's working or not. Would like to communicate with "survivors" to reassure myself that I am not totally nuts. Thanks...Sue
