Kathie,I myself developed BV the same way this last time. But however my boyfriend is not so understanding when I try to explain this problem to him. I've tried lactobacillus in the past and it seem to have worked but I've sense stop taking it. And the 7 day treatment of metronidazole helps a great deal but it has the most terrible side affects. I will be ever so greatful when some other cure for BV comes along besides taking it orally.
