I am sending this reply, firstly to say, DONT use baby wipes, or anything with perfume! this will just aggravate your symptoms even more. The only cure for this kind of infection, is simple soaps, unperfumed, and never use soap heavily in this area!! Bath in only clear water, for some time, until this clears up. Avoid sex especially whilst infectious, dont use condoms, these will only make things worse. Doctors can prescribe an oral tablet, one only, which will kill the yeast infection from inside, as yeast grows in dark, warm, moist places in the body. A proprietary name is 'canesten' try this if you havent already. Failing this, try inserting Live natural yoghurt!! and bath in a bath with bicarbonate of soda. Hope this can be of any help to you.
