I also have fibromyalgia, and was in severe pain. My arthritic and rheumotologist doctor put me on antidepressants to get rid of the pain. Don't get upset if the medicine takes two or three weeks to work. Antidepressants break down the pain cycle. Certainly there are some good doctors in your area who know that you look fine but you are always in pain. Fibromyalgia is not a killer, but it surely causes a lot of problems.
