i have the same thing. in AUG>, i had a microdiskectamy and now the same disk is herniated again. Or still herniated. I'm trying to figure out waht i'm going to do now. All i can tell you is to pray and pray some more on top of that. I don't know why god hasn't healed me but he will take care of me. god bless and get ahold of me if u can. bye
