Hello - I have suffered the same thing but, I have it in the L4-L5 and L5-S1 so the pain I understand - dont get surgery I was told this may not even help at all. I received a cortizone shot and this really helped. Also I am going to my chyropractor - one with low impact. Hope this helps you - also, I am on Ultram 50mg three times per day and cyclobenzaprine 10mg three times a day and I cant even explain how this has helped me. Good Luck
