I had the same exact problem 2 yrs ago Eventually after being hopitalized going thru p.t. and having 2 epiderals done it healed on it's own. Be very careful in lifting especially if you have young ones like I do. Now my problem is a herniated disc on my right side L4/L5 causing numbness and pain controlled by heavy narcotics. My options now are surgery or a "block" which I am trying to find more info on that.
