Contact your local Early Intervention Team. They are composed of counselors, physical therapists, social workers, occupations therapists, teachers and speech therapists. They deal with at risk children from birth to 3 years. If you are unsure of how to locate your's contact your Special Education Department of your school district. They can help you get help and support.
