We recently adopted a 19 month old boy. He seems to have a lot of behaviors consistent with RAD. He has not yet been seen by a Dr., but he will be soon. Some of his behaviors are as follows: very friendly and charming to strangers, clingy, demanding, chronic whine, does not like to be hugged or held, little eye contact, control, anger, rage, strange fears, etc. Please let me know if this sounds like your child? We feel so alone, like failures as parents.
