I have also been diagnosed with burcitis in my left hip and have had no successful treatments so far. Some days are better than other and lately I have been experiencing painful cramping in my calves and upper thigh on the opposite leg. Steriod shots did not help. I have been taking Advil and some over the counter natural medicine for leg cramps but I feel that I am becoming immune the the effectivness of the Advil. What other remedies are out there to help releive some of the pain?
