Hi Sharon, I want to tell you I share the problem and I do know what has really helped me more than any pills. I heard fo a woman who has Fibro and the adjustments that gave her back a meaningful life. I decided I would try this unusual method too. I am so glad I did. A specific chiropractic adjustment not performed by all chiropractors is adjusting the Atlas bone that holds your skull in the position. This small 10 oz. bone is key. Thsi is the area that all your nerves and blood flow to the brain travels. Sometimes through a fall as a child or adult or from whip lash in an accident your skull becomes off center to its correct balance.
