i have done a lot of research on fibro and all it's little emps.:) sleep is key. how is it that you get to level 4 sleep and wake up feeling rested? if i didn't take xanax when i go to bed, i would not sleep at all. but even so i never reach the levels of sleep that heal my muscles and tissues. sonata is ok, but it doesn't work for me as it should. any ideas beside the usual stuff?
