I have been diagnosed for 6 years and those nap times come and go now but in the beginning I use to sleep alot. I have had massage therapy and if the therapist really understands what she is doing it gets the muscles really relaxed, however most of the massage people who I have gone to do not really get it. It didn't do anything for energy. I have found that aerobics makes it worse (I get gungho and it exacerbates the tiredness) but walking and stretching like yoga or Callenetics is best. Also cutting back on sugar. Abdominal breathing also helps. I have tried almost everything so feel free to contact me.
