Two things to try: #1 Eat a couple of containers of yogurt daily. Be sure it says on the label that it has ACTIVE cultures in it. #2 Get plain yogurt, and apply it to your vaginal area at night, prior to going to bed. I know this sounds goofy, but the active cultures in the yogurt will help to reestablish a healthy balance of bacteria in your vagina. It works!
