I did leg stretching of my muscles for a long time that eliminated the problem for a while. My cure of RLS is to take 250mgs of Magnesium chelated once a day before a meal. If you take it after s meal it may give you gas. Magnesium is a antacid. It worked the first day after taking it before breakfast.
