i had surgery last week (5-24) for the exact same problem and cant believe youve gone so long! my god you must be suffering. i have been feeling much better though have no feeling in my left foot and worry i did permanent damage. my pain was only 1 month please mail me and i would love to talk to you. i am still wondering what caused this to happen to me im in great health and shape and only 42 yr old. i have never suffered so much pain even childbirth. i had no relief from vicadin and was given something called oxycontin which looking back i dont remember much of the last 2 weeks! im scared that my leg wont return to normal though very relieved my pain is gone!!!!! im wondering what i did and when? it all started as back pain while i was just walking. it has been a nightmare as i had no insurance and just recently started a new job (4 wks) good luck with surgery! its not so bad.... hope to hear more about you soon. please reply to this i will answer any ? i can.
