my doctor put me on trazadone 100 mg at night to help me achieve a good nights sleep. this drug does not make me feel sluggish or still sleepy during the day. the only side effect is dry-mouth (but i also have diabetes so this is also part of my problem). a good non sedating muscle relaxer during the day is sxelaian. i do not take any supplements.i am also on vioxx (it is great), prozac and ultram. hope this information helps you!
