I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for over 5 years with no remission.Occasionally i get a day ,rarely, when i do not hurt so much.i am on motrin,pain pills, and take MSM,bought from cOSCO and is helping some.you need to take naps and go slow.Mild exercise is good and soft tissue massage if you can tolerate.Do you have chronic fatigue as well.?It is no fun to go to bed when you cannot get good sleep and know you will be waking up with pain daily.God Bless you.there are no cures for fibro as my doctor told me, i would like to go to a good teaching hospital and have someone do research on my body, cannot hurt much worse than it does already.Bless you and do not give up.Diane
