Dear Penny: Three years ago I began my battle with FM. I have tried everything that I heard of that might work and I discovered their were some herbals that would give me some relief. My mericle happened when my son Eric came home and brought me a herbal product for my birthday. I thought sure why not try it . I had swollen joints in my hands and some days my feet felt like I was walking on bare bones with out padding. I could tolerate that but the extrere tiredness from lack of quality sleep was the hardest thing of all. After taking the product he gave me the pain began to ease then I added a product at night and I began to sleep like a baby which in turn gave me the energy I needed. I feel like I have a life again. I love the idea that I can continue to work as a substance abuse counselor .
