Please all of you please go to the web site www.uppercervical.org This is the only thing that has helped me. Let me tell you of all the things it did for me. I now sleep at night all night ! My cold hands and feet are normal. The terrible neck and shoulder pain from those trigger points is gone ! My TMJ is so much better. No this is not a cure but at least I can function.
