I have found much relief from magnetics that I sleep on, wear and use on the parts of my body that are affected by the fare-ups I have endured. The magnetics that are easily found in the supermarket, etc. did me little or no good; I needed to purchase quality 100% coverage magnetics and ones with far-infared qualities which are very soothing to Fibromyalgia. I would suggest trying these products for at least a month and then seeing how one feels once they are "taken away" - that's when I noticed the most significate difference. The other alternative or complimentary mode that worked significantly for me is massage from a massage therapist that understands Fibromyalgia and had knowledge of myofacial release - the John Barnes theory.
