I've found that a Pain Management Center is best, if you can find one. It's a multidisciplinary approach tailored to you. I find that Accupuncture is very helpful, and a small dose of Elavil (25 mg) taken 3-4 hrs before bedtime allows me to stay in the deep sleep I need for muscle repair. I think that the better the quality of sleep, the less pain and fatigue, in general.
