Your correspondance: I need and want to lose about twenty-five pounds. I would like to know if anyone has had experience with over-the-counter diet pills, which one, and how well, if at all, it worked. I would like know which pills don't work as well as those which do. My response: I think you've got the cart before the horse. Diet pills are a crutch that can harm you seriously over time. There is only one program for getting the weight off and keeping it off. You have to reduce calorie intake while maintaining nutrition. Go to a local Weight Watchers International group, and they will teach you. More important, they will continue to be WITH you in a community of common interest, as you reduce your calorie input and then keep that input low enough to sustain your desired weight for years to come. The major mistake most overweight people make is trying to do it alone. I wish you wellness.
