The only thing that I have found that "helps" without causing serious side effects like high blood pressure are some of the "fat trappers". ALSO..My Dr put the whole family on a diet in which we used the fat trappers for the biggest meal we had, "breakfast" and then we ate a big lunch, and did not eat after 2:00pm. That sounds drastic, but it is the big supper meal that your fat is usually stored from as it is the one you can not "wear off" In no time at all we werent hungry for that last meal and if we do fudge, the food seems to just "lay there and make gas" My daughter has lost 50 pounds in 3 1/2 months and my husband slightly under that. Of course this diet would not be safe or reccomended if you have diabetis..
