Forget about the diet pills, most are very dangerous to your health. I lost 15 lbs in 4 months and didn't know it. I ate 3 small balanced meals a day. The quantity of food made the difference. I would only eat 1 cup of food per meal. Use a small plate and start off by measuring each item. After awhile you can tell how much to serve yourself. Be sure to eat slowly, chewing your food very well. In between meals, I drank ice water, an average of 10 cups per day. Do not eat any red meat, it has a tendency to swell up in your stomach and fills you up faster. Moderate exercise such as house cleaning, mowing the lawn, taking a walk (not jogging) is about all the exercise I can do. I didn't snack between meals; if I felt hungry a small drink of fruit juice or sugarless chewing gum helped between meals. My husband was post heart bypass and AAA surgery. He needed to gain weight and did; I lost weight because I was a little overweight.
