From what I understand, restless leg syndrome can be helped a number of ways. Calcium and magnesium are usually the first choice for this condition. You could also be low on potassium or zinc. Make sure it isn't related to any circulatory problems such as low blood pressure or hardening of the arteries. Fibromyagia can cause muscle spasms as well. My mother benefited most from quinine. Look for it in tonic water or ask your doctor for a perscription.
