Sounds a lot like CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, called M.E. if you live in England or South Africa. There's lots of info on the Internet about it. Try to find a doctor who is knowledgeable about it--not all are. There are still some out there who think it's all in your head. And it's typical that the clinical tests come back as OK. Some do test positive for a virus, but many don't. I wish you success in your search!
