According to my older Medical Encyclopedia, Bell's Palsy is an infection which most often occurs after having very cold air blown at your head on a regular basis. Are you and your co-workers sitting too close to air-conditioning units? OR, are you sitting too close to air vents from your ceiling? I would have the building checked for "Sick Building Syndrome" just as a precaution!
