My understanding of Bells Palsey is that it is an infection in the seventh facial nerve, in the right side of the face. I is caused by a draft, or constant wind hitting that area. People exposed to constant wind, like water skiers, motor cyclist, skiers etc. often develope this condition, if they have a weak 7th facial nerve. Its most un- usual for several people in an office to have this condition, unless there are air conditioning vents that blow a constant stream of air where they sit. Mine was caused by sleeping under a fan everynight. The tendency or weak= ness could be inherited. My mother had it, my sister had it and I have had it. Immediate therapy is necessary, or it can do permanent damage to the face.
