I would see a chiropractor. You may want to check around with people you know or even doctors, although I made a visit to one that was recommended because of the drive to see the one I preferred and after my second visit I knew I would be in a wheelchair soon if I continued with him, so am making the long trip once a month and feel better for it. You will get instant relief but you really need to go home and rest or not do anything the rest of the day and then light duties the next day, but there after you feel pretty good but you always have to be careful of the things that bring on this kind of pain.
