I also suffered from those syptoms, only on the left side. They became more severe, to the point I could not stand up. An MRI disclosed blown disc at L4, L5, and S1 were pushing against the Sciatic nerve. Immediate surgery was recommended but I opted for Chiropractic instead. I went from a wheel chair to Kayaking in 2 months but was walking again in 1 week.
