                        My husband was diagnosed a few years ago with sleep apnea - we started walking after supper for an hour - he did have a bit of extra weight - no food after supper until bed time, elevated his head during sleep and no alcohol, chocolate or any other of the good stuff after dinner - it did all help.  Give all this a try - it won't happen instantly.  Good luck
