My mother-in-law was diagnosed over one year ago with myelodisplasia and she has declined very rapidly in the past several months. I would like any information that you may have concerning the bone marrow etc. I know that she has two donor matches but I am a little confused as to why she did not do the transfusion right away and now I feel she is too weak. Any info you have would be greatly appreciated.
