Your headaches sound the same as mine every time i get one i cry too if they are the same as mine then they are called Cluster Headaches, they are not serious but they are hard to beat try not to worry because it just makes them worse, but do go and see your doctor to get a true diagnose even if it is just to put your own mind at rest
