I recently became aware of this forum and I would like to offer my suggestions to what is happening with your Aunt. I am a 34 year old female with the exact type of problem that your Aunt was experiencing. My rheumatologists did and angiogram of my left arm which was affected with the cyanotic fingertip. The angiogram showed irreversible vasculitis which was probably caused by an autoimmune process, rheumatoid arthritis. I am about to try an experimental infusion called Aprostadil which is supposed to help the extremity symtoms. I suggest that your Aunt speak with her doctor to see a vascular surgeon or rheumatologist. /
