I was diagnosed with Candida about 8 years ago. I also have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. I was told that Candida can gain a foothold because of MCS, and in turn Candida can cause MCS to be much worse. It can create a self-perpetuating cycle. You didn't mention medication, so I will assume you don't know about Nizoral. Nizoral is an anti-yeast medication by prescription only. If you should take it, you need to have frequent liver tests. Because my Candida is related to MCS, it is reoccuring, however I don't know if that is true in all cases.
