About 23 days ago I developed symptoms that come and go. They include gurgling in my stomach that leads to diarrhea (occasional). More distressing is a feeling of light headedness, tightness or pressure around my heart. These symptoms come and go (lasting as long as several days or several hours) I might have a few days in between with no symptoms. Blood tests and fecal tests revealed nothing. Please help!
