if the problem continues she may have roscea, i have it for yrs now and at times it causes acne.its a disease and there is no cure but weather, food , drinks will affect her redness, i have it under control , metrogel doesnt work on me,im on differin, noritate and when she feels hot on the face apply a cool compress it works as well, stress is also a factor too, let me know and i can help
