Hi Bob,Hmm on your finger? Mine was in the palm of my hand,up near my index finger.I had had it for 1 year.I had no idea what it was.It was getting larger and starting to hurt.So,I went to my family Dr.they thought that was what it was but wanted me to be seen by a Hand Specialist.Had X Ray done.Yup it was a ganglion.Dr. said we will take it out.It was as big as it was going to get.He also said that there was no sense asperiating it cause the fluid would just come back.So went in 3 weeks ago and had it removed in 1 day surgury at our local hospital.If you have any more questions please feel free to email me.Good Luck!
