Yes, cherries are good for the joints. If I had your body, I would try the herb safflowers. In the herb literature, it is listed for gout. I eat too many sugerry desserts at work and it goes straight to my right big toe, one of the indications of gout. The safflower has been keeping it in check very well for the past 2 years. A suggestion, try "muscle testing" any drug, herb, food, any product at all, to see if it makes your body stronger or weaker. The other word for this is "kinesiology." It is an accurate science that is very helpful. Good luck.
