A friend of mine has been dealing with a certain rash that comes and goes on his face. He can be ok for 2 weeks then it comes back. He went to the doctor and they changed his blood pressure medicine (Clonidine to Plendil)he has been taking for the last 20 years. Is this the right thing to do? He is not comfortable doing it. He never got an answer for the rash, simply don't worry about it. Can you please give me some reasoning for this rash? Thanks
