PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not be ashamed of your incontinence but take it very seriously of a possible problem in your spine from the fall. We seem to be so embarrassed by incontinence when, especially when it happened right after a fall, is a very serious symptom of a larger problem. As far as your sister goes, perhaps it was not to shame you, but to help you when she bought the adult diapers.
