hello, your problem is diet related. i have studied nutrition at a naturopathic college. and i would say your problem stems from not having nutrious meals, skipping breakfast, lunch and dinner, and eating foods that cool down the body. Avoid having cold foods from the fridge and add cayenne, ginger and garlic to your soups and stews. i would really like to know what you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you would like to email me, as it is hard to say where you are going wrong. eat root vegies too and you may well be low on iron in which case if you can get hold of some 100% pure grape juice and take no less than one and half cups per day. also juice parsley in other vegies too. one must, is KELP. you can buy kelp tablets and take two three times a day. in a month you should notice the difference but kelp is a blessed food and its someting you would take permanently as even a carefully designed diet like my diet, food you buy is not enough for the daily supply of minerals. avoid coffee tea, alcohol and smoking. these substances stop the nutrients from getting to your extremeties such as legs-feet and arms-hands. have porridge, wholegrains and PROTEIN. if you are vegetatarian it can be a bit more complicated, in which you should email me about it. but make sure you have protein in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. so please email if you want further advice, good luck.
