I have had two back surgeries and looking at having another one. I was sent to therapy and given several exerciese to strengthen the back. Here are several suggestions. 1. Lay on your stomach, lift you upper portion of the body and rest on your elbows for five minutes. 2. Lay on your back, suck in your stomach and do small pelvic thrust, this will also help strengthen the back area. Try this for a while, but do not lift more than 15lbs. for a while as it tends to make it worse. If you have anymore questions you may e-mail me at Sugar89024@aol.com
