                        Have you tried eliminating other foods for your eczema, such as citrus and citric acids, which cause my problems.  Other foods  that can be a problem are peanuts and other nuts, milk  and related products, beef, etc.  Try eliminating a food (in all forms) for a week or two and then adding it back to see the results.
