I'm lucky, I only got it when I turned 74 but it only hits me every couple of years or so, not on a steady basis. I take Mecalzine tablets and they seem to help some but I'm still looking for a remedy to keep me from falling when the severe spells hit. Don't despair, something may come along soon to give us a cure.
