bill, i have had the surgery for sinuses also, but only once as they will not do it twice here. it did not help one bit. i have had patch and blood tests for allergies and they all come up negative. i live my life snorting like miss piggy and this has gone on over 5 years. the saline spray helps for no more than 4 minutes. i have no idea what to do as the post nasal drip only stops when i go to sleep. thank god for that. i have used 1/2 doz steroid nasal sprays and they do nothing. steam from the shower helps, but i cannot spend my life in a shower. any ideas
